This license is for Fabric, Sublimation, Wholesale and Packaging Businesses who will be selling 500+ end products/ yards using ONE single file. 

This listing enables you to license the artwork from ONE single listing in our shop. The actual artwork must be purchased separately. 

PLEASE NOTE:

No document will be sent to you. Your receipt acts as license proof.

By purchasing this listing, you agree to our shop policies and terms below.

If you are caught selling our designs without a license we will take legal action to suspend our designs from your shop.

THE FOLLOWING IS PROHIBITED UNDER ALL LICENSES:

x Claiming this design or any part of it as your own

x Re-selling, licensing, adding in your own elements or redistributing the original digital files

x Creating and selling new seamless patterns, clipart, digital paper, or scrapbook paper using any of my graphics / patterns

x Using this pattern / print as-is to sell on any print-on-demand websites (such as Spoonflower, Redbubble, etc)

Upon purchase, you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased artwork as outlined above. All copyrights and intellectual rights are retained by Urban Pines Co and Three Pines Company LLC. You may not in any way claim the artwork as your own.
