What if I need to change my address after purchase?
Please contact our customer service immediately! We cannot alter or change your address once it is placed. Your order will need canceled and placed again with the correct address.

How long until my items ship?
Typically our turn around time is 3-5 business days. Items purchased through a Pre-order will be be determined and announced individually. Please note that this is our handling time in our warehouse and does not include shipping time. If you need your order sooner you may reach out to our team and we may be able to get priority orders out sooner. Please note that this is not a garauntee. This TAT can alter based on holidays and weekends so please keep this in mind when ordering. We do our best to get items out promptly.
If you purchased during a sale, please know that this TAT can increase slightly to accommodate the influx of orders during this time.
International Orders (including Canada) can take up to 4 weeks. Please be aware, that customs may be charged on buyers end.
